球毛殼(Chaetomium globosum)

簡介

      球毛殼(Chaetomium globosum)屬于毛殼科(Chaetomiaceae)，革蘭陽性，絲狀真菌。

臨床相關性

       存在于土壤、植物等，可引起心內膜炎、肺部感染、腦膿腫、甲癬（Onychomycosis）、皮膚暗絲孢霉病（phaeohyphomycosis） 等。感染多發于免疫功能低下病人。

藥敏試驗

      除環吡酮、灰黃霉素、特比奈芬（ciclopirox、griseofulvin、terbinafine）外，其余抗真菌藥物可使用肉湯稀釋法檢測MIC，實驗方法可參考CLSI M38ED3，所測MIC與治療效果之間關系尚待確認。KB法可參考CLSI M51-A.
