貪婪皮膚桿菌(Cutibacterium avidum)
簡介
貪婪皮膚桿菌(Cutibacterium avidum)屬于丙酸桿菌科(Propionibacteriaceae)，厭氧革蘭陽性桿菌。
臨床相關(guān)性
皮膚菌群，主要引起皮膚痤瘡，偶見引起乳腺膿腫、心內(nèi)膜炎、人工植入體感染、子宮切除術(shù)后腹膜內(nèi)膿腫（Intra-peritoneal abscess）等。
藥敏試驗
瓊脂稀釋法檢測MIC，實驗方法參考M11,受試抗生素及其折點請參考CLSI M100ED36 Table1J&2J；當(dāng)前抗生素敏感率統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)可參考M100ED36相應(yīng)附錄“anaerobe cumulative antibiogram"。
