模仿棒狀桿菌(Corynebacterium simulans)

簡介

  模仿棒狀桿菌(Corynebacterium simulans)屬于棒狀桿菌科(Corynebacteriaceae)，需氧革蘭陽性多形桿菌，如擬球形（coccoid）、棒狀（ club-shaped )。

臨床相關性

      皮膚正常菌群，偶見引起心內膜炎、腳膿腫、人工膝關節感染、化膿性脊柱炎、淋巴結炎、癤腫、開顱術后顱內感染、乳腺植入體感染（breast implant infection）等。從痰標本檢出可能與呼吸道感染有關。

藥敏試驗

      肉湯稀釋法（裂解馬血陽離子調節肉湯）檢測MIC，受試抗生素及其折點參考M45ED3 Table6；β-內酰胺類抗生素結果須孵育48小時后觀察，其余抗生素如24小時培養后生長孔生長明顯則可以判讀結果。培養中遇到棒桿菌通常認為是污染菌。對分離自無菌部位標本（如深部組織，腦脊液，多套陽性血培養）植入假體裝置，來自免疫缺陷患者的菌株需要藥敏試驗；KB法實驗方法及折點信息參考EUCAST相關折點表。
