狡詐潘多拉菌(Pandoraea apista)

簡介

狡詐潘多拉菌(Pandoraea apista)屬于伯克霍爾德菌科(Burkholderiaceae)，非發酵革蘭陰性桿菌。

臨床相關性

從囊性纖維化病人呼吸道標本分離較多，偶見引起菌血癥、膽管炎、骨髓炎、肺炎等。

藥敏試驗

肉湯稀釋法或瓊脂稀釋法檢測MIC。MIC檢測方法相關信息參考CLSI M07，受試抗生素及折點信息參考M100, 例如M100ED35 Table 1G&2B-5（2025版）。
