粘狀絲孢酵母(Trichosporon mucoides)

簡介

     粘狀絲孢酵母(Trichosporon mucoides)屬于絲孢酵母科(Trichosporonaceae)，革蘭陽性、酵母樣真菌(yeast-like fungi)。現名稱：粘狀皮膚絲孢酵母(Cutaneotrichosporon mucoides)。

臨床相關性

   引起白色毛結節病、甲癬（Onychomycosis）以及深部感染如真菌血癥、心內膜炎、腹透病人腹膜炎等。

藥敏試驗

      可使用肉湯稀釋法檢測抗真菌藥物MIC，實驗方法可參考CLSI M27M44，但所測MIC與治療效果之間關系尚待確認。
