瘡皰皮膚桿菌(Cutibacterium acnes)

 簡介

      瘡皰皮膚桿菌(Cutibacterium acnes)屬于丙酸桿菌科(Propionibacteriaceae)，厭氧菌或兼性厭氧，革蘭陽性桿菌。原名稱：瘡皰丙酸桿菌Propionibacterium acnes.

臨床相關性

      皮膚菌群，對皮膚有保護作用。主要引起尋常痤瘡（acne vulgaris）。偶見引起植入體感染并可形成生物被膜如人工關節、起搏器、整形外科植入體、人工瓣膜心內膜炎、脊髓骨髓炎、乳腺囊腫、神經系統感染、菌血癥等。

藥敏

     瓊脂稀釋法檢測MIC，實驗方法參考M11,受試抗生素及其折點請參考CLSI M100ED33 Table1O，1P，2J；當前抗生素敏感率統計數據可參考M100ED33相應附錄“anaerobe cumulative antibiogram"。厭氧菌感染多為多重感染，包括β-內酰胺酶陽性和陰性菌株，為此藥敏實驗通常非必須。
