冢村菌屬(Tsukamurella spp)
冢村菌屬(Tsukamurella spp)屬于冢村菌科(Tsukamurellaceae)，革蘭陽性、需氧、含分枝菌酸放線菌（mycolata），類似戈登菌、紅球菌、棒狀桿菌、諾卡菌、分枝桿菌。 常見感染為導管相關性菌血癥，其次為腹透病人腹膜炎、呼吸道感染、皮膚和軟組織感染、眼部感染、腦膜炎、腦膿腫、感染導致的肺栓塞等。 采用肉湯稀釋法檢測MIC, 具體方法請參考CLSI M24，受試抗生素組及其折點&判讀請參考M24SED2 Table7中相應章節(jié)的描述。1.Yu S, et al.
