遲緩埃氏菌(Eggerthella lenta)

簡介

       遲緩埃氏菌(Eggerthella lenta)屬于埃氏菌科(Eggerthellaceae)，厭氧革蘭陽性桿菌。

臨床相關性

      腸道正常菌群，主要引起胃腸道疾病，嚴重者可并發其他感染，如菌血癥、肝膿腫、細菌性陰道病、腦膜炎、產后子宮內膜炎（Postpartum endometritis）等。對阿莫西林/克拉維酸、頭孢西丁、甲硝唑、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、厄他培南、美羅培南敏感。

藥敏試驗

     瓊脂稀釋法檢測MIC, 實驗方法參考M11,受試抗生素及其折點請參考CLSI M100 ED33 Table1O，1P，2J；厭氧菌感染多為多重感染，包括β-內酰胺酶陽性和陰性菌株，為此藥敏實驗通常非必須。
