犬巴斯德菌(Pasteurella canis)

簡介

       犬巴斯德菌(Pasteurella canis)屬于巴斯德菌科(Pasteurellaceae)，革蘭陰性球桿菌、兼性厭氧菌。

臨床相關性

       動物口腔和胃腸道菌群。人感染與接觸貓、狗有關，偶見引起眼內炎、關節炎、菌血癥、骨髓炎、軟組織感染、腹膜炎、淚囊炎、肺炎、乳房填充物感染等。

藥敏試驗

        微量肉湯稀釋法（裂解馬血陽離子調節肉湯）檢測MIC，KB法（含5%羊血培養基）檢測藥敏紙片直徑受試抗生素及其折點參考M45，Table17；分離自咬傷部位的巴斯德菌屬菌株，通常無需藥敏試驗，因為這些標本中往往還存在其它細菌，經驗性治療傷口感染的藥物對多殺巴斯德菌同樣有效。對來自無菌部位（如血液、深部組織、植入假體裝置）以及呼吸道標本，特別是免疫缺陷患者，需要藥敏試驗；培養時間：紙片法16-18小時、微量肉湯稀釋法18-24小時；除紅霉素外絕大部分菌株罕見對其他抗生素“非敏感”表型，如遇該菌株建議復查后送上級實驗室確認。
