日勾維多源桿菌(Pluralibacter gergoviae)

簡(jiǎn)介

   日勾維多源桿菌(Pluralibacter gergoviae)屬于腸桿菌科，革蘭陰性桿菌、兼性厭氧。 原名稱：日勾維腸桿菌Enterobacter gergoviae.

臨床相關(guān)性

       定植于泌尿生殖道和胃腸道。引起菌血癥、勒米爾綜合征（Lemierre's syndrome）、傷口感染、軟組織感染、闌尾炎、腹膜炎、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)感染、肝膿腫、胸膜肺炎（ pleuropulmonary ）、泌尿生殖道感染、盆腔感染、上頜竇炎、糖尿病足感染、心臟粘液瘤感染等。治療一般采用甲硝唑聯(lián)合β-內(nèi)酰胺類抗生素。
