污染伯克霍爾德菌(Burkholderia contaminans)

簡介

    污染伯克霍爾德菌(Burkholderia contaminans)屬于伯克霍爾德菌科(Burkholderiaceae)，非發酵革蘭陰性桿菌，洋蔥伯克霍爾德菌復合群。

臨床相關性

       經常從污染的醫療器械分離。主要從囊性纖維化病人、免疫功能低下病人以及介入治療病人血標本分離；偶見引起眼部、腹腔感染。

藥敏

        使用肉湯稀釋法檢測MIC，受試抗生素結果判斷參考CLSI M100 ED35 Table F1. ECVs for Burkholderia cepacia Complex（洋蔥伯克霍爾德菌復合群）(2025版)。
